BUILDING CONTROL
The Council's Building Control, based at Lagan Valley Island, provides a diverse range of services both to homeowners, surveyors and builders as well as providing an important link between the Council and the Planning Service.

Lisburn City Council is proud to announce the facility to accept on-line Building Control applications, initially for domestic extensions and alterations and new single dwellings. Lisburn City Council is the first Council in Northern Ireland to offer this facility in co-operation with Northgate IS and Resolution Data Management.
