To ensure that people’s expectations of us are fully integrated with our values and statutory functions, we will develop targeted programmes for investment, foundation building and creative development.

…strategy

Strategically, our two investment and three foundation-building programmes are the essential blocks enabling us to create organisation capacity, to deliver our plans and ensure long term success. The six creative development programmes are new, distinctive, enriching and visitor focussed.
