Step 5 : The property gets valued

We aim to have the valuation carried out inside 5 days, although sometimes there are matters to be investigated further before the valuer can reach a decision.

If your property is an existing one, you will receive a copy of the valuation report with your letter of acceptance.

We will arrange a valuation on the property you apply for, to see if it is suitable for Co-Ownership purchase.
