When you apply, we'll check that you are who you say you are, that you can't afford to buy the property without us and that you can afford it with us. We'll also value the property.
To deal with your application promptly we need the appropriate fee and all of the information requested on the form to accompany it. There is a checklist on the back of the form to help you with this. If information is missing from your application we may return it to you. We can also check for missing information on the spot if you bring your form into our office at Murray House.
