We aim to give our decision promptly after the valuation report and the interview have both been completed.
If the news is good we will send the applicant a
letter of acceptance
, with confirmatory letters to the estate agent, financial adviser and vendor.
If the application is
rejected
or if the applicant
withdraws
, we will also write to advise you with a copy to the vendor.
