Any kind of property may be considered for Co-Ownership, anywhere in Northern Ireland, although there are some simple rules to bear in mind.
Mainly
-
The sale price must be inside the current value limits for Co-Ownership properties.
These depend on the council area and the number of bedrooms.
If you’re in doubt about which council boundary a particular property lies inside, contact us for confirmation on
info@co-ownership.org
.
-
The property must be in good condition and not need any costly essential repairs.
